PRODUCT COMPLIANCE

Armmotar Technology is committed to meeting all applicable environmental regulations and fulfilling our social responsibilities. Below is an overview of key international regulations relevant to our products:

RoHS Compliance (EU)
The European Union Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS 2) Directive (2011/65/EU) establishes strict requirements for manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipment. Armmotar Technology proactively evaluates the materials used in all components and certifies each product to ensure full compliance.

REACH Policy and Statement
In accordance with the European Union’s REACH Regulation, Armmotar Technology continuously monitors its products and suppliers to ensure compliance. We actively review and verify that Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs), as defined by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), are not present in our products above the permissible concentration of 0.1% by weight.
The candidate list of SVHCs, initially published on October 28, 2008, is regularly updated on the ECHA website. Armmotar Technology remains vigilant in reviewing these updates and assessing our products accordingly. For inquiries regarding the REACH compliance status of our products, please contact us directly.

Conflict Minerals Policy
Armmotar Technology recognizes the global concern surrounding the mining of Conflict Minerals, specifically gold, tantalum, tin, and tungsten sourced from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and surrounding regions (including Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia). Proceeds from these minerals may contribute to armed conflicts and human rights abuses.
To ensure ethical sourcing and compliance with applicable regulations, Armmotar Technology has implemented the following measures:
  • Verification of Sources: We work to confirm, with reasonable certainty, that the gold, tantalum, tin, and tungsten used in our products are sourced from conflict-free suppliers.
  • Record Maintenance: Supplier verifications are documented for internal and/or external audits as required.
  • Internal Oversight: Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, and appropriate staff training is conducted to manage our conflict minerals program effectively.
  • Transparent Communication: We communicate our efforts and policies to relevant stakeholders as necessary.
By adhering to these standards, Armmotar Technology demonstrates its commitment to responsible sourcing and ethical business practices.
