RoHS Compliance (EU)
The European Union Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS 2) Directive (2011/65/EU) establishes strict requirements for manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipment. REACH Policy and Statement
In accordance with the European Union’s REACH Regulation, Armmotar Technology continuously monitors its products and suppliers to ensure compliance. We actively review and verify that Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs), as defined by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), are not present in our products above the permissible concentration of 0.1% by weight.
The candidate list of SVHCs, initially published on October 28, 2008, is regularly updated on the ECHA website. Armmotar Technology remains vigilant in reviewing these updates and assessing our products accordingly. Conflict Minerals Policy
Armmotar Technology recognizes the global concern surrounding the mining of Conflict Minerals, specifically gold, tantalum, tin, and tungsten sourced from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and surrounding regions (including Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia).
